Praxley Corporate Solutions (Pty) Limited (“Praxley”) was established Twenty One (21) years ago in early 2003 as a South African Specialist Corporate Finance advisory business providing Advisory Services to management and shareholders of South African companies and Global Corporations operating in South Africa or wishing to enter South Africa.
Since inception, Praxley has grown into a leading independent Corporate Finance Advisory firm based in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa. Founded by three (3) individuals comprising a South African Investment Banker (Greg Els), a well-known South African Businesswoman (Monhla Hlahla) and a London based Investment Banker (Ranjit Murugason), Praxley specialises in providing tailor made solutions when concluding Mergers, Acquisitions, Leveraged-Buy-Outs, BEE Structuring and any other form of Corporate Restructuring.
The Praxley Group includes Praxley Private Equity, an established Private Equity business which has invested in some 30 companies across various industries in South Africa.
In addition to traditional corporate finance advisory, Praxley is involved in debt and equity raising initiatives, corporate restructuring and related activities.
Such activities include Strategic Disposals, Acquisitions, Turnarounds, Corporate Restructuring of distressed entities, Capital Raising, Debt Raising and the introduction of new shareholders and/or BEE shareholders.
Praxley has an established Private Equity division which has investments in some 30 companies across various industries. These industries include Engineering & Manufacturing, Rubber Compounding, Transport & Logistics, Freight Forwarding & Clearing, Media and Information Technology and Financial Services.
Since inception in 2003, Praxley Private Equity has made equity investments totalling some R600 million and has been successful in the raising in excess of R5 billion in capital for clients.
Praxley is a 'Level 4' BBBEE Contributor.
